Consent to the processing of personal data
Version of 3 October 2026.
By sending a request through the form on pavelduglas.com and ticking "I give my consent to the processing of my personal data", I freely, of my own will and in my own interest consent to the processing of my personal data on the terms below. The site owner works under Russian law, so the consent is given under Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" of 27 July 2006.

Which data
- name;
- Telegram username;
- the text of the request and whatever I chose to write in it;
- the address and language of the page the request was sent from, and the date and time it was sent.
Why
To review the request, contact me on Telegram, answer my questions and prepare a project proposal. The data is not used for mailings and is not passed to third parties for their own purposes.
What the Operator does with it
Collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion and destruction, with and without automated means.
Transfer, including abroad
To reach the Operator, the request passes through the site host Vercel Inc. (USA) and is delivered by a bot to Telegram (Telegram Messenger Inc.), where the Operator keeps the conversation. I agree that my data leaves the Russian Federation for this purpose.
How long it lasts
From the moment the request is sent until the purpose is achieved or the consent is withdrawn. After that the data is deleted within 30 days, unless the law or a contract with the Operator requires keeping it.
How to withdraw it
At any time: message the Operator on Telegram at @duglasnewman. Processing stops and the data is deleted within 30 days of the withdrawal.
