Duglas Finance OS - a Personal Capital Management System

All the money in one place: cash, banks, 17 crypto exchanges and cold wallets in one base currency, goals with a savings pace, a journal of yield positions and hints on where idle capital could work.

Problem

The money sat in banks in different countries, cash in several currencies, a dozen crypto exchanges and cold wallets. Real net worth, income, spending and how much capital was sitting idle could only be found by reconciling spreadsheets by hand.

Result

One system shows net worth, cash flow and the savings rate in a base currency, pulls balances and operations from 17 exchanges over their APIs, tracks goals and yield positions and suggests where idle capital could work - with an estimate of the risk and the return.

PayPing - a Telegram Bot for Accepting USDT and USDC

Invoices with a unique amount, a link and a QR code, automatic «paid» status from blockchain data, PDF invoices with your details and income tracking per wallet - on five networks, with no access to your money.

Problem

More and more work is paid in stablecoins, yet the process stays manual: copy an address, type an amount, then scroll a block explorer guessing whose transfer is whose. Payment middlemen solve it, but ask you to trust them with your money or your keys.

Result

An invoice takes one command: a unique amount, a link and a QR code for the client, and a PDF with your details. As soon as the transfer lands on the blockchain, the bot marks the invoice paid and notifies both sides, while the money goes straight to the seller's wallet.

Neurox - AI Photo and Video Generation Bot for VK

A bot for a VK community that turns text and photos into images and video: 12 AI models in one chat, payments through YooKassa and an owner's panel with the revenue, cost and margin of every generation.

Problem

The idea: sell generations from top AI models right inside VK, with no website or app. The client had no technical background, and the bot had to take payments on its own, work with a dozen models and never sell a generation for less than it costs.

Result

The bot is live and taking payments: a user writes a prompt or sends a photo and gets the finished file back uncompressed. 12 image and video models run through one aggregator, and the owner's panel shows users, revenue, API cost and margin for any period.

LeadGen Outreach - a Client-Finding System for Freelance Marketplaces

My own CRM with an AI engine: 14 sources of work, task filtering, proposals within each platform's limits, a pipeline up to prepayment, AI reply drafts and a demand analysis across 5,811 tasks.

Problem

Freelance orders go to whoever gets there first with a reply that does not read like a template. Watching a dozen marketplaces and messengers, staying within each platform's proposal limits and remembering whom to follow up with and when is a full working day nobody pays for.

Result

The worker collects tasks from 10 marketplaces and 4 messengers, filters out the noise, sends proposals within each platform's limits and walks every client who replies to prepayment. In 30 days: 589 proposals and 207 leads in the pipeline, while the demand analysis grouped 5,811 tasks into 351 topics and suggested product ideas.

Problem

A company launching a medical center and a training center needed one site whose sections exactly match the mandatory structure regulators check during licensing - most of it before the real content even exists.

Result

A fast, accessible bilingual-ready corporate site with a landing 'fork' into both directions, the full compliance section tree in place, on-site search, sitemap and Schema.org markup - ready to be filled in section by section.

An automation app marketplace with an in-platform wallet, a developer API and flexible monetization models.

Problem

Automation developers had nowhere to sell apps with clear monetization, and users had no single place to find ready-made tools and pay for them transparently.

Result

A working app marketplace with a catalog, an in-platform currency, user and developer dashboards, six monetization models and a REST API for embedding billing.

Problem

A manga site is three products in one - a public catalog for readers, an upload tool for translators and a moderation console for admins - and most builds either skip the moderation loop or let unchecked chapters and comments go straight to production.

Result

A single platform with three role-based interfaces: an AJAX catalog with full-text search, tag filters and favorites; a translator dashboard that ingests chapters as ZIP archives into a pending queue; and an admin panel covering moderation, roles, bans, reports, banned words, tags and static pages.

A two-step CLI that auto-picks the finished video in each folder, fuzzy-matches it to its recipe for the caption, and schedules the whole batch to TikTok one post per day - with a review step, dry-run, resumable state and per-post TikTok settings.

FogelVibeTrade - Automated TradingView-to-Exchange Copy-Trading Platform

A backend system that turns TradingView strategy signals into live exchange orders and mirrors them across many subscribers' accounts in near real time, controlled through Telegram and an admin dashboard.

Problem

A trader with a profitable TradingView strategy wants it executed automatically and mirrored to subscribers' accounts - instantly, across many exchange keys at once - which is impossible to do by hand.

Result

Problem

Building an interactive virtual tour or 3D presentation normally means design skills or an expensive SaaS - there was no simple in-house tool for non-designers to create and publish one.

Result

A web editor that renders a 3D room and lets users drop image, video, text and HTML layers onto it with familiar move/resize/rotate controls, save to Supabase, and publish each tour at its own URL or embed it anywhere via iframe.

Anton Trade System - Crypto Copy-Trading Bot

A copy-trading bot that takes one trader's TradingView signals and mirrors every entry and exit across all subscribers' exchange accounts at once, run and monetized through Telegram.

Problem

A trader wants to monetize a profitable strategy by copy-trading it to subscribers - but mirroring every signal across dozens of separate exchange accounts, instantly and with a profit-share, can't be done by hand.

Result

A TradingView signal fans out through a worker to every subscriber's own Bitget keys within moments - with per-user profit-share, one-click mass close, and full control from a Telegram bot and admin dashboard.

Problem

Sellers have no reliable way to see where a listing actually surfaces for a given keyword - manual checking is slow, personalised by their own session, and impossible to repeat consistently across dozens of keywords.

Result

A dashboard that dispatches audit jobs to leased background workers: 20 keywords per job, per-step screenshots, a live step log and a searchable job history with per-status filters.

iHerb + PochtaGlobal

iHerb + PochtaGlobal - Business Process Automation

A BAS bot for a US-goods reseller: it collects iHerb orders, creates PochtaGlobal purchases and parcels over plain HTTP requests without a browser, tracks PGB shipments and logs to Telegram and the accounting system's API.

Problem

The reseller was entering hundreds of items into purchases by hand, packing them into parcels, watching for new iHerb orders, copying out tracking numbers and filling a PochtaGlobal form for each one - a full-time data-entry job where one typo in a tracking number loses a parcel.

Result

The whole cycle - from a new iHerb order to a created PGB parcel and a record in the accounting system - runs unattended: orders polled hourly, PGB tracks daily, forms submitted over HTTP requests, everything logged to Telegram.

Problem

The astrologer spent hours working out a horoscope for each individual client - work that does not scale - and her offer had no cheap entry product to introduce new people to her approach without her personally involved.

Result

In 6 weeks: a bot that generates both the daily and the personal horoscope on its own, draws a lunar-day card from live astronomical data, and runs on a 390 ₽/month subscription - taking the daily routine off the astrologer entirely.

A robot that continuously scans spreads across Binance, Bybit, Mexc and Bitget, executes the trade on a qualifying difference itself, and reports every find to Telegram.

Problem

A cross-exchange spread lives for seconds, yet before trading you must account for fees, order-book liquidity, per-pair rounding precision, withdrawal networks and deposit addresses - by the time a human has checked, the difference is gone.

Result

The robot keeps a scanner running across four exchanges, filters for pairs with a sufficient spread, executes according to the chosen strategy, and reports every find and every order to Telegram.

Problem

Every BAS script sale meant a manual chain: invent a login and password, create the user, issue a licence for the right term, separately enable paid FingerprintSwitcher Business fingerprints, and record it somewhere.

Result

Send the bot a number of days and the credentials come back within seconds: user created, licence issued, FP Business attached, Google Sheets row written.

A bot that writes posts through ChatGPT and publishes them to a Telegram channel, splitting the model's long answer into readable messages that stay inside the messenger's limits.

Problem

A channel needs regular posts, but a language model's output does not match Telegram's format: it arrives as one block, easily exceeds the message limit, and falls apart at paragraph boundaries.

Result

The bot generates text to configured parameters, cuts it into messages in whole paragraph groups, spaces the sends out, and publishes to the channel with nobody involved.

A BAS bot that registers accounts through SMS and drives views, subscriptions, likes and comments on Yappy - over HTTP requests, browserless, at its own pace.

Problem

Promoting a profile on a video platform through boosting services costs tens of thousands of roubles, runs slowly, and comes with daily caps you do not control.

Result

An in-house bot with an SMS account registrar at ~2 ₽ each plus views, subscriptions, likes, comments and mass-following - promoting my own profile came out several times cheaper than services and fully under my own control.

Problem

An Avito promotion specialist needed to post reviews in bulk through his preferred anti-detect browser, but doing it by hand is slow and does not scale across many accounts.

Result

A bot that takes reviews from a file, authenticates via cookies, posts the review, saves the refreshed session and rotates the proxy - with a validity check before every login and a dedicated branch for expired cookies.

WildberriesOzonMonsterBot - marketplace promotion automation

A multi-mode BAS bot for a marketplace promotion team on Wildberries and Ozon: profile creation and warming, auto-buyouts, pickup-point data collection and review handling - up to 200 threads instead of manual work.

Problem

The promotion team did everything by hand - creating accounts, warming, buyouts, pickup-point data and reviews; one manager could run one account in one tab, and promoting a single product took around 14 days.

Result

A universal bot with all of those functions on auto and up to 200 threads: account creation sped up 4-5x, warming 6x, and the team's turnover from one client rose from 500,000 to 1,734,000 ₽.

Problem

An all-in-one that buys cheap goods routed to problem points, collects order codes and statuses, and posts ratings with reviews automatically - the whole cycle tracked in a database with Excel export.
